CEO & Founder

Artist, Army Signal Corps veteran, and inventor. Previously built BikeableScore, an AI agent that reads digital maps and analyzes urban bikeability using satellite and geospatial data. Terry created Stream Disc after seeing how unprotected artists are against AI voice impersonation and how broken the industry-to-artist-to-fan value chain has become.

Chelsea Kenney

COO

Operations and artist-success leader. Chelsea drives Stream Disc's go-to-market strategy, creator onboarding, partnerships, and operational excellence across both streaming and physical media workflows. She is also an Active Duty Air Force spouse stationed in Hawaii, bringing discipline, structure, and military-family insight to the company's mission.

Michael Barbine

Technical Advisor

Engineering leader and co-creator of JA4, JA4D, and JA4D6 network fingerprinting, now used by Amazon Web Services (AWS) to help secure global traffic across CloudFront, ALB, and WAF rate-based rules. His previous company, FoxIO, was acquired (terms undisclosed). Michael supports Stream Disc as a senior technical advisor and emergency engineering lead, guiding security architecture, infrastructure, and the core VIIM identity layer.
